Policies and Cancellations
Rates are for 2 adults and 2 children per site. Additional quests are $3.00 per person per night (age 8 and under FREE).
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 3 days or less of arrival date are subject to forfeit deposit.

Bookings can be made via the website, a phone call, or in person. A credit card is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit of the total stay is required to book your site.
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be distributed by a case-by-case basis ONLY. Any refunds will be subject to a $5 processing fee. For longer term/monthly rentals we will not issue refunds if you are leaving less than 2 weeks before your expected departure date. If you have been evicted for not following our guidelines and community rules, we reserve the right to forfeit your reservation and deny a refund.

We will also abide to Florida State Laws concerning mobile home parks and recreational vehicles as stated in "The 2013 Florida Statutes, chapter 513."

Children
- All campers must check in at the office upon arrival and provide valid identification.
- Check-in time is from 2pm onwards, and check-out time is by 11am on the departure date.
- Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
Campsite Etiquette
- Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please keep noise levels low during this time.
- Be considerate of other campers and keep your campsite clean and tidy.
- Dispose of trash in designated bins and follow recycling guidelines.
- No open fires or outdoor grilling are allowed except in designated areas.
Pet Policies
- Guests are limited to two pets per site.
- Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Aggressive or excessively noisy pets may be asked to leave the campsite.
Campfire Safety
- Campfires are only allowed in designated fire pits or grilling areas.
- Use caution when starting and extinguishing fires, and never leave them unattended.
- Follow any posted fire safety guidelines and restrictions.
Vehicle and Parking
- Observe speed limits within the campsite and drive cautiously.
- Park vehicles only in designated areas and ensure they do not obstruct traffic or neighboring campsites.
- Additional parking for visitors may be available, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
Visitors
- All Guest Must Register with the office upon arrival.
- Overnight visitors must pay $3 per person, per night. $100/month.
- There is a 4 quests per site limit.
Conduct
- Loud and/or disturbing noise is NOT permitted at any time. This includes loud parties, music and TV.
- Drunkenness, the use of profanity, loud or boisterous talk, or immoral conduct that includes racism or any discriminatory remarks made towards other residents will not be allowed at anytime. Failure to follow these expectations can result in eviction.
- Possession or discharge of firearms or fireworks is strictly forbidden.
Children
- Parents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children.
- Parents should never leave children unattended, in vehicles , or elsewhere in the park.
- Parents are responsible for damage caused by their children.
